This project consists of retaining five historical facades with structural steel forms. Following the construction of a new high-rise, the historical facade was fully restored into a unique, mixed-use retail, residential and commercial development.

The work was executed involving all kinds of restoration materials such as terra-cotta, heritage bricks, limestone elements window, decorative metal work and bronze patterns that needed fabrication and assembly.
