The Château Frontenac was built in the late 19th century as an ideal stopover for the Canadian Pacific travelers. Standing on the Cap Diamant overlooking the St Lawrence River, the Chateau was recognized as a world heritage site by the United Nations.
Our participation consisted on major masonry work such as repointing, stone replacement, Dutchman repairs, crack repairs, and stone carving of two gargoyles. Along with the restoration work, we had to demolish and rebuilt the ceiling structure of one arch.
