The Chateau Laurier Restoration Project is divided in different phases that are been executed over a decade now. As a General Contractor, we assure the coordination of all work that will took place on the exterior veneer restoration. We provide access to the site which was at some point over 300 feet high.

We have assured the masonry elements such as: Repointing, Pinning, Crack Repairs, Dutchman Repairs, Stone Replacement, Restoration of Sculpturals Elements, Jahn Repairs, Special Anchoring System Installation and Interior Wall Consolidation. We also coordinate the Cooper Roof Restoration which consist on a complete renewal of the cooper roof.
